Agro Gunajaya Bumitama currently hold a partnership program with more than 13,000 farmers in eight areas of operation. Total land area is cultivated plantations through the partnership program reached 25 383 hectares.

This partnership program in accordance with the company's mission is to realize a prosperous society and independent with BGA. Partnerships between people with plantation companies is also stipulated by the Law (UU) No. 18 Year 2005 on Plantation. Article 22 of Law's request for plantation companies set up a partnership of mutual responsibility between employees and the communities surrounding the plantations.
