Bumitama Gunajaya Agro Group (BGA Group) is a group company engaged in oil palm plantations and factories. BGA Group is one of the Harita Group's business divisions, which originated from the acquisition of PT. Karya Makmur Bahagia (RTC) in 1997. Along with the addition of new companies in 2004 formed the group of companies under the management of PT Agro Bumitama Gunajaya which later became known as BGA Group.


BGA Group currently operates in four provinces of Central Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, East Kalimantan and Riau. BGA Group business unit consists of 34 oil palm plantations (Estates) covering 95 783 ha (Crops Area) and four oil mills (Mills) with total capacity of 240 tons / hour (achievement data as of June 2010).


BGA Group is committed to achieve sustainable palm oil. To achieve these objectives, BGA Group continues to conduct activities in accordance standardize operational practices Principles and Criteria Roundtable On Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). BGA Group is committed to not just build a plantation, but to build community plantations in Indonesia, together with palm oil farmers who are business partners.
